What happens if I am not at home with my order arrives?
No problem. Our courier (normally UPS) will leave a notification and you can arrange a convenient second delivery. The parcel will only be shipped back to us after 3 failed delivery attempts.
What happens if my order arrives damaged in transit?
In the very rare event that a product is damaged during transit, you will receive a replacement or refund. The forwarder will be liable for any damage that occurred during transit. We would ask you to record any obvious damage with the forwarding agent at time of receipt of the goods. For settlement, please contact us immediately.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to fulfill and ship orders within 24 hours (weekdays only) of receipt. If a product is not in stock, we provide the leadtime from our supplier. Thanks to our excellent relationship with our suppliers, this information is usually very reliable. You will receive an email confirming you order and then a subsequent email letting you know that it has been dispatched. In the event of delays we will do are best to resolve as quickly as possible.
